LTL.COM Terms and
Conditions
The Custom Search
Engines (CSEs) found on LTL.COM have been created by modifying the
Google Search Engine. All LTL.COM CSEs were created using Google's
CSE program with modifications being made by LTL.COM. The Javascript
that powers these CSEs, and the search results output by these CSEs
are the property of Google's. The terms of service for Google's
search engine can be found by clicking on the following page.

By using the LTL.COM web site, you agree to
hold the publisher of this site, LTL.COM, harmless from any of the
consequences of your use of these search engines. You recognize that
access to these search engines is provided to you on this site as a
service. In the event that you find any problems with these LTL.COM
CSEs, including but no limited to offensive or illegal content, or
inaccurate information of any kind, your sole recourse is to report
those problems directly to LTL.COM.
Regarding the use of the CSEs found on the
LTL.COm web site, you agree to the following terms:
- You agree to hold LTL.COM and its owners,
partners and investors harmless from any and all consequences of
your use of these search engines and other tools found on the
LTL.COM site.
- You recognize that LTL.COM does not screen
search engine results, and that some of these results may not be
current up to date.
- You will not use automated means of any
kind to search engine any of the LTL.COM CSE's
- All services provided on this site are
provided to the visitor/user/member on an "as is" basis. LTL.COM
expressly disclaims and warranty, whether express, implied, or
statutory in nature.
- Under no circumstances will LTL.COM be
liable for any consequence of a user's use of the LTL.COM
developed CSEs.
These terms will be
governed by the laws in the state of Georgia, and any legal action
related to the terms of use will be undertaken within the courts of
the state of Georgia.
